We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our team, we kindly request the following:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment cost.
   
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will also be subject to the 50% charge.
   

This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer available times to other clients. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Gift vouchers are not refundable or redeemable as cash. Gift Vouchers must be treated as cash, without and invoice a gift voucher cannot be reissued. 

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers purchased for promotional treatments are redeemable for 12 months. 

Late arrivals or no shows may result in the forfeit of the gift voucher. 

Gift vouchers may be used on any Aura Skin Studio Gold Coast treatment, product or promotion.
